School of Leadership & Ministry Development

Overview

The SLMD is a school that not only prepares young, emerging leaders to become people of character and excellence, but it also gives the tools to start up a new ministry.

Lecture Phase

The 3 month lecture phase is an intensive training where you can develop as an effective leader, as well as create a plan that helps you start a new ministry and make it sustainable.

Outreach Phase

The 2-month outreach is individualized, with the students’ focus being starting up a new ministry. Students who are staffing at other bases are encouraged to do their outreach portion at their home base.
